One alternative solution to procuring SSC ground segment services is to host mission-specific antennas and other equipment at SSC locations.
Several clients have entrusted SSC to operate their antennas and other assets hosted at one of our SSC sites around the world.
We manage the operations and maintenance of all client-owned systems, but also welcome customers who wish to provide their own staff at the hosting site. We have more than 30 years of experience in hosting services that began in 1979 at Esrange Space Center in northern Sweden.
Our operational support and helpdesk service is provided 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
The customer operates or if preferred SSC operates the hosted systems from their premises and SSC can grant long term permission for the area used.
